The Person Responsible for the Treatment, the Dexeus Mujer Foundation, with fiscal name Santiago Dexeus Font Foundation, with address at Gran Via Carles III 71-75 08028 Barcelona and NIF G60898194, in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and the Council , of April 27, 2016, regarding the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free circulation of these, RGPD, informs you that the processing of your data will be to provide information relating to courses, congresses, visits, activities or other information about the Entity, also to send newsletters, publications or other communications of the Entity related to their activity and that may be of interest to you. This information will be used by the administrative services and services directly linked to the services described by the Entity.

The legal basis for the treatment of the data is the consent of the person and the data provided will be preserved as long as the consent is not revoked.

You are also informed of the processing of video monitoring data to ensure the safety of persons, goods and facilities. Your data will be processed in fulfilment of a public interest mission. The data will be stored for 1 month. Except in cases where they are required by the Security Forces and Corps or by Courts or Tribunals. We also inform you that no international transfers are foreseen.

You can exercise the rights of access, rectification, deletion, limitation of processing, portability and opposition of your data in accordance with the provisions of the regulations on data protection. To exercise them, you must write to the Delegate of Data Protection in the email, in any case you must attach a photocopy of your national identity document or equivalent.

Also, you are informed of your right to, in case of not agreeing with the treatment carried out by our Entity or considering your rights violated, submit a claim at any time before the Spanish Agency for Data Protection.
